EXTREMELY RUDE GENERAL MANAGER - My wife and I wanted to go to a restaurant we have never been to before and found this place. When our lunch arrived, I noticed that the meat on my dish was cold. I let my server know of the problem, and she advised that she would send it back and bring me a brand new dish. Time went by, and the server was great about checking in with us to see if we needed anything, but the remake never came. After waiting a little bit longer, I stood up and started walking to the restroom. I noticed who appeared to be another employee on the way to the bathroom and asked him if he knew what was going on with my order. He told me in a very condescending voice to calm down and quit crying about it, all the while with a smile on his face.
I was floored and could not believe what had just happened. When I asked him about my order I was calm and polite. I wasn't aggressive in any way at all. I bit my tongue, went to the restroom, and then returned to my wife. As I was telling her about the horrible encounter, our server came back with my remade dish. Considering I had completely lost my appetite after what had just occurred, I told her we were no longer interested in having lunch, and asked to speak to someone in charge. She advised that she would get her general manager to talk to us. She then walks over to the person that insulted me, and begins to talk to him and point in our direction. It was at that moment that we understood that the same person who gave me the worst customer service experience in my life is the general manager! We immediately got up and left when we came to this realization. Credit needs to be given to our server. She was polite, professional, and sincerely apologized for the way I was treated. The 1* score is no way a reflection on her hard work. As for the GM, he is the most unethical, disgusting and insulting manager I have ever dealt with in my life. This company needs to deal with the toxicity that lies within their management. Otherwise, they will never succeed. As for my wife and I, we will never return to this place in the future.
