Restaurant Description

Last Call Baking started in 2020 out of a small English style apartment in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama. Born out of a love for fantastical flavors and traditional processes, Last Call’s mission is to marry high art baked goods and community accessibility.

After selling at farmer’s markets and baking out of shared kitchens, owner and head baker Chanah Willis set to build a shop and opened a retail location. Hours are Thursday-Sunday. Come say hello

Absolute best/freshest pastries in town. Made daily in small batches using the highest quality ingredients available. Butter shipped from France weekly. It just doesn't get better. The croissants are very large!!! Delicious and buttery. Chanah Willis is a master baker and is the perfect addition to the Birmingham community of foodies!

Tops in central al. Get in line early or you miss out because they make small amount. Sold out in few hours. So good and I'm happy to go early.
