I remember the cozy cafe nestled within the Jeff State building on Valleydale Road where aspiring culinary students diligently cooked and served food as part of their training. The dishes were always fresh and delicious, ranging from delectable sandwiches to hearty meals. I haven't visited recently, so I'm unsure how the cafe is operating post-COVID; perhaps you could reach out to the school for the latest information.
