I'm all about the Full Moon off exit one in Bessemer; it's my go-to for fresh, hot BBQ that keeps me coming back since Pat James opened it in 1981. With friendly staff, a lineup of hearty dishes, and a bustling atmosphere where I can catch some football, every visit feels like a delicious family reunion-just don't ask me what exactly was on my rib plate!
