The food at this place is consistently delicious and the flavors are amazing! While the customer service could use improvement, the tasty wings and fries make it worth stopping by for another visit.

I'm so mad right now I can go on a 7 state "keeling" spree. First off the customer service is awful. Secondly, they packed a 15 piece dinosaur jumbo leg wings and fries in those cheap Styrofoam plates. The wings was so big and heavy the plate would not close all the way. They so big I'm not even going to eat them my dog is getting the ones that did not fall off the plate due to it being so weak it literally bent and my food fell out. This isn't my first bad experience with this place but my boyfriend wanted to stop there. I should had followed my mind and went a few more miles down the road to wing it. But noooooo I didn't it. And I really can't fault the cooks. It's the owner for allowing whatever company they get their wings from to send those jumbo wings. Just like Walmart. My night is officially ruined. I'm just going to go to sleep and hopefully I dream about smaller wings and get full in my dream

The girl at the counter always has an attitude no matter how sweet you are to her. The food was top notch until recently. My thoughts is that there is a new cook.

Killer wings! Try the Bessemer Fire if you think you can handle it.

Horrible. Called for 30 minutes straight no answer. Then I was placed on hold. I arrived to the store before they came back to the phone. No need having a phone if you're not going to answer

The food is good. The customer service is horrible! I was hung up on called back received a busy signal. ..after that no answer. I am not required to spend my money there and I will not ever again. I will drive to Hoover to Wing Zone. Customer service is awesome as well as the wings.
