Eating at Vecchia was enjoyable; the pizza's perfect dough and outdoor atmosphere made it worthwhile, despite the service issues.

Terrible customer service and inedible pizza.
Pizza came out in less than 5 minutes and was sitting in a pool of water. When I picked up a piece it completely fell apart because it was soggy. We decided it was not worth the hassle and did not want to make a scene so we chose to leave without eating the pizza we had already paid for. My wife and I called to kindly let management know about our experience and that we would want to know if our place of business was sending out such poor quality food and the manager was arrogant, rude, and condescending. After a few minutes of explaining that we do not make a habit of leaving full plates of food that we already paid for uneaten, we finally received an apology and were told we were receiving a refund but we have yet to receive it. Would never go back.
