Unfortunately, the beloved restaurant I used to frequent earlier this year has been permanently closed after the owner retired and sold the property. The memories of their exceptional brisket still linger, and I miss the delicious flavors they served. Although the place is no longer around, I urge local Bloomington residents to experience the hidden treasure of this independent barbecue spot with great ribs and beans.

Longhorn's food is consistent. Any time I go, I know the brisket will be delicious and the service will be friendly!
