The sweets are good, but the experience in dealing with the manager and staff was a nightmare. The give you the impression that you are not significant, and can live without your business.
I even had the manager hang up on me because he thought I was a telemarketer. He stated that since I called from a 1-800 number which is why they assumed such a thing.
We are planning a wedding and were simply trying to get our order completed as to cross this portion off our long list of things to do before the big day.
Epic fail.
I guess bigger businesses don't utilize Pamela's, and hope they soon realize that poor customer service has a negative impact.
Frustrated.
