We have ordered food to go 3 times with no waiting time. We have eaten in dinning one time. Each time we received excellent friendly service. We ordered family style to go. The takeout boxes were packed full, and hot. The food was very good, compared to others Chinese Restaurants we have eaten at. We ordered, Pork fried rice, Chow main, Shrimp, Egg rolls, General Pow's Chicken, and Sweet & sour pork. The meals came with plenty of Soy and Sweet sauce. We each got 3+ meals from the family packs of each different food groups. Costing less than $10.00 per meal The Family packed Meals was about. $56.00 for all the food. They also have dinning in at tables and chairs. It's in Middleton at Main /HWY-44 & Hawthorn. We live out of Middleton, so a close drive for us. Food Is Good in house or take out. Help support our local businesses.

I'm always on the hunt for quality local eateries and this food truck impressed me with its fresh and vegetable-heavy dishes. The Orange Chicken was a hit with my husband, while I enjoyed the vegetarian options like the tofu substitution and Moo Goo Gai Pan. The customer service was excellent, and the generous portions left us with delicious leftovers to enjoy.

u only get 4 packets of sweet sour sauce with cheese puffs. If u ask for more they charge u an extra dallor. Also very little cream cheese in the cheese puffs Think it hurts them to smile

Fantastic food!! Made to order!! I drive 1 1/2 hours to feast on their food!!

Ordered the Daily Special on 5/1, was not disappointed. Everything was still hot when a picked it up. We have a least three meals with this order. Everything was prepared just right and had exceptional flavor.

Our initial visit to Tsai's was very positive resulting in a second visit the next week; that visit was less satisfying. We ordered Pork & Seeds as an appetizer expecting the excellent food quality we experienced the first time. The pork was grayish in color with a mushy texture which was not firm enough to maintain its shape when dipped and then the mustard would not adhere to it. We each gave it a couple bites, but it tasted bad and neither one of us felt safe eating any more. We told the waitress it was not good and she removed it. However, they would not remove it from our bill and insisted we pay for it. I have to say that is the first time in over 5 decades of eating out that that has occurred; generally a restaurant stands behind its food quality and wants to maintain its customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, we left with a bad taste in our mouth; figuratively and literally. I'm glad they have enough customers not to worry about losing any; I have to say, I have no desire to return.

Will not be going back! If I want good Chinese food, I will go to Canton Chinese food in Caldwell. This place does not have food that a Real Chinese restaurant has!!

Had a great first experience at Tsai's kitchet Saturday, enticing food aroma as we entered, very clean, friendly efficient waitress and the food ended up being as delicious as it smelled ! The only negative was, having my trusty debit card declinrd... the waitress said they had been having problems. welp, embarrassing, good thing daughters card worked! Ha ha! apparently whatever code it sent to my bank shut down the system so I was without my card til Monday. They issue me a new card as 'a fraud alert was sent, and card automatically cancelled it. Tsai's is a great place, but hope they fix their system soon.

Very clean and nice place to eat and the food is great!!! bought food the shop and all 10 of the guys here said they loved it. owners are great people and are making our town even better.

The restaurant was very clean and the service was good. I tried the Lemon Chicken and it was fine, nothing special. The egg rolls were pretty good, not greasy. My husband had the chow mein and paid, I think $3 extra for shrimp/beef/chicken add-in and then told me they didn't put much meat in it. I tasted his, and it was pretty good. The weird thing was the way it was priced: 3 sizes with rice or with a side. I was expecting the combo dinners. The rice they serve with their entrees is either steamed or "egg rice" which is exactly what it sounds like....rice with egg in it. Nothing else. Very bland. They may very well have better food, I don't want to scare you off. But it wasn't my cup of tea.

friendly service, clean however, the food is not worth it. The food is really bad I do NOT recommend this resturaunt.
