I don't get this 4 star rating, their soup is down right terrible, prices are to high portions are much to small, the staff couldn't care less if we were present. Being from a area with a large Vietnamize presence this garbage would not fly, as a matter of fact people in Boise would eat hog slop if it was, the in thing to eat. My wife went to use the restroom and came back holding her nose. We had 2 soups and 2 amazingly small glass's of wine at $6.50 a piece We are not big eaters but we left hungry $34. Not again.
