I live in Los Angeles but the last two times I went to Boston, I made sure I stopped at Wings Express in Brighton! My friend knows the owner. The place is a hole in the wall BUT the food is to die for...look even the cole slaw is excellent. Most places you just throw that crap out, but not this! it's even a little bit spicy! I tried to get some recipes from Jamme, my friend's friend, but he was charmingly unwilling to divulge the secrets. Just flashed his dimples at me and grinned. Adorable.

I tried them last weekend for the first time in a few years. It's quite different than I remembered it being.
First of all, the order took a hour and a half to get delivered.
Secondly, the delivery man was rude and reeked like marijuana.
Thirdly, the bill was $35.00 for two orders of the worst chicken I've ever had.(Extremely dry and ultimately inedible.)
Lastly, the phone person was awkward and unhelpful after I called to complain.
I've actually talked with friends about this place and they've had similar experiences since new ownership took over last year.
I will not be ordering food from Wings Express in Brighton ever again and I strongly suggest to anyone reading this to do the same.

when i first ate there a few years back i fell in love with the bufflo meltdown, it was the hottest around. after a while my lips were num and the swet started to pour. then one day i brought the wife and kids there, my kids got honey bbq and loved it and my wife was on some atkins diet and they had a list of jumbo salads and all types of salad dressings. steak tip on her salad, it was great i stole a few peices. price wise, the price did go up slightly but it is still lower then other places. there is a friendly vibe from the employees, esspecialy the english one Ruth

Pros: Great food, good prices, better than KFC
Cons: none that i can think, of

The best steak tips in Boston! The delivery may take a while, since it is a small place, but the food is great. Not a place to eat-in, but great for take out or delivery.
