Arriving a few minutes early, I noticed a small crowd already waiting outside before the shop opened slightly later than the posted schedule. Despite the delay, the line quickly grew to about 15 people deep. Placing my order at the start of the line and proceeding to the register for payment, I opted for the steak pizzaiola and the Sinatra sandwiches. Both sandwiches were generously filled and bursting with flavor, complemented by soft yet sturdy bread that held up well. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I couldn't resist grabbing a $1 brownie on my way out.

Overpriced and average food. Servers were very rude and not friendly. Much better places to eat with better prices and with friendlier, better service in the area.
Poor attempt at being hip too. Using proper names for the menu items is really original.....
Location is not Southie or near it either. It's on the border of Chinatown and the Leather District.

You know, I know lunch is just lunch, but at Figaro's its a little something more...this is the first deli I've been to where they actually have music playing in the backround.. all be it loud... but great music...I love the food my favorite has to be the chicken pesto...I've never had pesto like this before.. I asked and they told me they make it themselves... see it really is the lil things...

great food the sandwiches are well worth the money the staff is funny and friendly when you go in there you have a good time they work so hard and so fast keep up the good work you guys and girls are the best and i would not eat any other plce in chinatown the cashier is funny little momma she keeps the line going great job the best place in boston

Wonderful selection of interesting sandwiches - always fresh ingredients and bread. Staff is fun and curteous, theme is good for Good Fellows to enjoy, if you know what I mean. Just the kind of joint I'd like to own and run!
