Same experience as others. The staff are teenage girls. So unprofessional. Some are just so ready to take an order and I seemed rushed. Actually a worker got fired due to not knowing simple math Dozen or 6... Still very exceptional when it is a Holiday. Pies, cookies, cakes and at Easter always have Pizza gaina. Great owner.

Most recently, I went into Luberto's. It was not busy and the girls (employees) were chatting with each other. One girl looked over and saw me, but she completely ignored me & kept talking to the other girls. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, then I spoke out and asked "is there was anyone who can help me". One girl reluctantly came over to me and asked "how many pieces do you want" (for size of box). The pastries are awesome, but the employees were horrible & nasty. I'll never go there again.

It really sucks not being able to see your cake menu along with prices!!!! There are no prices for anything and what is visible is hard to see and read!!!

my experience with Lubertos bakery Has been exquisite.The owner is very friendly and classy...Mr.luberto is also kind and generous. I've always had a pleasant experience with every employee that I've come in contact with. A Definite five star bakery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pastry here is good enough, the prices standard, the reason I gave them such a low score is the employees. They insist on having your restaurant. Com certificates printed! They must not.want to pay for a scanner so they insist you go fond a place to print it. EXTREMELY inconvenient. Not to mention how rude those little tarts in charge of the place are. I've also had experience with the owner who even though we had a scheduled appt time to discuss a cake order was dismissive of me and rushed me out the door. All while trying to stay on his cell phone! I wouldn't bother with this place if I were you. Sometimes some politeness goes a long way. It isn't enough to. have a product to sell.
