Had lunch at Phillips Old Colony House on Saturday afternoon, and it was a pleasant experience. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food, including the honey BBQ chicken tenders and the steak tips, was delicious. As a local, I've always appreciated this restaurant for its consistent quality and inviting atmosphere.

Visited on 7/2/15 with my husband & friend. We were seated on the terrace as requested. Sat for 10mins withhout being offered a glass of water.( A waiter serving the other patrons, didn't ask if we were being attended, he just ignored). I spoke to the manager Barbara, and she was very apologetic and offered us drinks on the house. We refused and left the establishment. We decided to visit The Tavern at Quarry Hills, and the service there made up for the lack of service at Phillips Old Colony House Resturant.
