Discovered a fantastic Honduran restaurant in the Boston area that serves delicious breakfast options. After receiving recommendations from the Honduran consulate, I tried their baleadas which were filled with beans, eggs, cream, and cheese, accompanied by a plantain with beans and cheese and a refreshing horchata drink. The generous portions and flavors surpassed my expectations, and I couldn't resist taking some of the food to go. The authentic taste of the baleadas left me eager to return for more and explore other traditional Honduran dishes on their menu.
