The house special fried rice at this Chinese restaurant in Boston is truly exceptional and ranks among my top 3 favorites in the city. Operating exclusively in the evenings, it offers a consistently positive dining experience, with clear labeling on orders and flavors that capture the essence of authentic Chinese cuisine. I had called at 12:19 to place an order at first they hung up on me while I was discussing with my girlfriend on what to order. I than had to call back 3 times to make an order for a delivery which was at 12:28, at first they told me that my house i lived at wasn't a real house and I thought to myself like that was strange because they Delivered to my house before so why all of a sudden it isn't a real address. I told them I wanted pork fried rice, crab Rangoon and boneless spare ribs, with a side of scallion pancakes and chicken wings total came up to 25.85, they didn't give me any time as to when they would be here so we was expecting at least 15 to 20 mins until the food was done cooking and then I got a call back 10 mins later from a private number, I tried calling back twice to their number but no one answerd I than had to call back from a different number and someone ended up answering which was at 12:49, I told them who I was and than they lied too me and said that they had came to my house, and that they had called me 3 times. As I was speaking to them on the phone they told me that I had to come pick up my food and that they close at 1:00 and hung up the phone. I checked online for the times and seen they closed at 1:30. I ended up driving over to the restaurant to get my food. As soon as I got there I Told them who I was and what I ordered and they quickly presented me with what looked like it was my food, I left and went home and discovered that they ended up giving me the wrong plate, they gave me white rice, with peppers chicken and a weird sauce I never ate before, they crazy part about it was the food wasn't still warm or hot. I sent pics to them and wrote them a text letting them know what they did. I ended up paying 25.85 for food that I didn't order and bad and disrespectful service, I advice anybody who sees this review to not eat their because if this can happen to me it could or probably already is happening to other customers
