Good food, good service

Hi.
I been to casablanca today and it was very disappointing.
First luck of costmer service trash was full discasting just looking at it .
Me my husband had tea it was cold
We order 2 Napoleon was frozen.
It's very sad we like to support u guys but its hard .
If i need latte next time i just go to north end.
