Food is good but I have yet to have an experience where they get the order right. 9 times out of 10 They always forget something whether it's an order of fries, side of dressing or sauce or a drink. Or they send the wrong sauce. Really love the actual food but please get a QA person to just sit there and make sure the orders are right. It's so frustrating. Even with your new online ordering where you can write it there on the ticket it's still wrong.

I've been to all the burger places that Boston Magazine annually ranks in the top 15, and I have to say that Eagle's has by far the best tasting and biggest burger. I can understand why some rich snobs might be intimidated by the people that work there, but my order has never been screwed up, and it's never taken too long for the food to come. It's usually got a great college atmosphere if you go on a gameday/night for any of the 3 major sports at BC. Unless you're looking for fireworks and a bunch of plasma TVs, you're not going to get a much better atmosphere from a burger joint.

The food is great, and for the most part at a good price. It's a decent place to go to grab a quick lunch with some college buddies...but don't think of it as more than that. The service got a 2 only because they are quick, however, they are not the most personable people, and they can get the small details wrong with your order...if you wanted a tomoato on ur burger, its prob a 50-50 chance of getting it...if you don't mind putting up with a bad attiitude for a great burger, try it out.

Great college hang-out. This place has the best burger & fries in the city. Parking can be a pain, but it is worth the trip.
