Today, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful demeanor of the girl working at the counter, a refreshing change from the usual grumpy older woman. Despite the slightly steep price for a dozen doughnuts, the friendly customer service made the experience more enjoyable. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for fresh, classic doughnuts, Anna's is a reliable choice worth considering.
