By day, Chef-Farmer Eric Skokan cares for the vegetables out in his fields. Each evening finds him in the kitchen crafting dishes on his daily changing menu. The same care goes into the restaurant’s award winning wine list boasting over 300 selections. One of the most unforgettable dining experiences I've had. The wine director did an amazing job pairing wines with each course. The owner and staff were fantastic, providing detailed explanations for every dish. The farm-to-table concept was evident in the fresh and delicious dishes.
