The Silver Mine in Longmont really saved the day for me when I accidentally ordered a large lunch for a high school basketball trip from their location. The staff, especially Wade, went above and beyond to deliver the meals to our school despite being out of their delivery range. It was an impressive display of customer service that I can't thank them enough for - they truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle!

I used to order from here all the time. They were great for a late night meal. Recently, they've gone downhill. A few months ago, an order of 3 subs took 2 1/2 hours to get delivered to my house, after we called them twice. Last week, I ordered 2 subs late at night, and after an hour called them. I guess their driver got a flat tire, which I find completely understandable. But the subs came refrigerator cold and had been sitting out for the hour and a half it took them to deliver these sandwiches. My boyfriend called the manager and complained about the amount of time it took and the sandwiches being cold... And the response? "Don't you have a microwave?" I them took the phone and spoke with the manager. He not only told me he didn't have time to talk to me, but he yelled at me and then hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor. He said his general manager would be in in the morning. I called the next morning, the general manager said he would speak to his night manager and call me back the next day. I never got a call back. Safe to say, I will NEVER order from them again and feel very disrespected with the way I was treated. It's a shame I wasted my money on a sub that came with just a few pieces of meat and an obnoxious amount of barbecue sauce on it.
