Delivery starts at five.I called at six they take my order get my address I am waiting for a total and then the guy gets back on the phone and says we're not making any more deliveries tonight we're too busy. are you kidding me

This place is TERRIBLE. The customer service is horrible. The woman who works at the front is incredibly rude, and is okay with insulting customers. I saw them wiping a box of food off when I walked in with a dirty rag, ready to send it with someone's take away. They COMPLETELY overcharge and get upset when they are asked for a receipt to show the cost of their items. What an awful place. Don't even bother.

The best Chinese food in boulder county without a doubt. The food is great and the staff is very pleasant. I have only ordered delivery so I'm not sure how the restaurant atmosphere is, however the delivery has always been quick and reasonably priced. If you're thinking about eating here today, stop thinking and pick up that phone. You wont regret it.

The food is only average. The only reason we ever eat there is because it is close to home. Tonight we were overcharged for delivery. I inquired as to the reason and was informed that they keep a LIST of people who have ordered previously and did not tip the driver ENOUGH. Excuse me? We will never order from them again.

We've been going to Fan's for many years back when Victor and Bo were the owners. The food was excellent then and now with Shu (sp?) and family running the restaurant. The seating is mediocre but the food quality overlooks this--the food is fresh, plentiful and the staff has always been incredibly friendly. We've tried other places but they do not compare to Fan's.

My wife and I have been eating here for 2 years I have a gluten allergy and its the only place I can eat Chinese food. Not only is the food Awesome but the customer service is great as well. we always feel welcome when we go in.

As Chinese goes Fan's is really fresh! The vegetables are fresh and crispy, the portions are huge. There are many vegetarian options. They are geared more toward delivery and take-out, but they do have a small dining area if you want to eat in. Fast and Friendly service!
