We have eaten there 3 times. We drive 2 hours just for their RIBS & KeyLime pie....Love, Love, Love this place...We recommend them highly & WILL BE BACK...wait staff were INCREDIABLE!!!

I am lactose intolerant and every time I have been to Montana Grill, EVERY TIME, they have messed up my order. Cheese on a hamburger when I have told them NO CHEESE. Butter on my bun when I have said no butter. Butter on my broccoli when I have asked for no butter. LAST NIGHT was the CROWNING GLORY. We went there for our 19 anniversary dinner, thanks to friend that gave us a gift card. I went on line to decide what I wanted, choose a Prime Rib and my partner ordered Salmon. There were were only 12 tables with people at 7pm when we arrived. We gave the server a bottle of champagne, it was brought to the table we opened it and shared a celebratory drink. Ordered our appetizer and dinner. After the appetizer arrived the server came back and told me they had NO Prime Ribs. I was SO ready for Prime Ribs. Then she told my partner they had no Salmon. We looked at each other is disbelief and reordered something we really did not want. If we had not opened the champagne we would have left. My Rib Eye Steak was just ok. WE had rib eyes from Sam's Club the night before that were incredible. I wish we had gone to Longhorn, I have NEVER been disappointed there, NEVER !
