great food good service

Too expensive. No cold shrimp available as advertised .$130 .00 for 4 before the 20% tip they want.

Our first time visiting Ming's Restaurant. We were hungry after driving 5hrs. There was no food in the buffet/ waitress informed us they were an hour from closing it would not be refilled. We ordered from menu.
I have never tasted such horrible Chinese food in my life. There was about 2in. batter on the prawns and chicken balls .We ate absolutely nothing on our plate.
The waitress was the most ignorant and arrogant person we ever met. She actually slapped the food on our table. When we complained to the person at the cash/ she politely said you don't have to leave a tip.(really)
Why would one leave a tip for food we never touched.{ or good service we never received} ?
I would like to add we went to Boston Pizza and enjoyed our food there.
