Euspiria Cafe may be closed, but just up the road in a charming strip mall building, Baked on the Coast offers divine pastries worth trying. My favorite is the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing, but the Parmesan leek lattice and Nutella croissant are also amazing. The owners, Kristy and Clint, create a welcoming atmosphere that makes supporting this local bakery a pleasure.
