Horrible service!
Last few visits were absolutely disappointing and unpleasant experiences.
They had sent me two emails which say that We deserve a free pizza for our anniversary. When we arrived there and after we explained and they served us with the pizza, they refused to honour the offer and said they can't give us the pizza for free and charged us for it even though that was the reason we came there in this specific evening.
I had sent many emails and left many voicemails to the head office, which in response I received two phone calls (I believe from the same person) who each time promised me that the restaurant will contact me- needless to say that not the restaurant nor the head office ever contacted me again after that, and all my messages/ voicemails since then are ignored. Also I went to the restaurant and asked to speak with the restaurant manager, they said she is not there and I left them my name and phone number for her to call me back- but again never heard from her! Absolutely disregard and disrespect!!
In other visit the server was very rude and impatient. We had to ask her three times for a glass of water, before we received it with a very unhappy face and an attitude that she's doing us a huge favor!
We or anyone we know will never go back there again!

I love BP and both Kelowna and Vernon locations are fabulous but Penticton BP was terrible. Worst pizza ever they were so cheap with toppings half of it had nothing on it--seriously nothing. I will never return to Penticton BP...

I wrote a review and the manager, Derrik called me back and he was very accommodating and is going to buy myself and my husband lunch next Wednesday. He was very understanding, sincere and approachable.

Very disappointed!! I love your french onion soup! Its unfortunate you won't let me order it to go. Guess I will order from a different restaurant. That was the only thing I always came to you for. You just lost a customer

Have been to this place many times but twice I have been very ill from the food .Have called and spoke with the owner and he was not accomodating in any way even to pay for my food .My wife and I willl never go back and willl never tell any one to go there .
