Extremely slow service and poor food. Rock hard pizza, rewarmed hard fries and macaroni and cheese. The Salisbury steak was a small hamburger patty with a bunch of raw onions thrown on top. Vegetables were all over cooked. Bill came before kids dessert order was taken as that was forgotten about. Sundaes were actually just a couple of scoops of ice cream. The people beside us left a $2 tip. Now we know why. If you want to eat at a well-run location go to Red Deer, Alberta.

Waited over 1/2 hour for liver and onions
when it came the veg's were soggy and cold
the liver was like shoe leather, we were told it was a new chief. Would not recommend it to anyone
and wouldn't go back

I ordered steak and egg with pancake and I ended up eating bloody pancakes because they presented all food in one plate.
My husband ordered ABC omelettes which supposed to have avocado and it came without. (He loves avo and that is why he ordered it)
We been to ABC country in Richmond BC many times while living in Vancouver and it was awesome. Food presentations and service were awesome too. We never gone back to ABC Kelowna again unless we have no choice.
