We have been stopping in at the Bliss for years on our way to Kelowna. The food is always good and the staff friendly. Today, we noticed the total lack of dishes for eat in service. It was not much fun eating a quiche out of a cardboard box. It would be nice for both the customer and environment not to have a tableful of paper at the end of the meal! Please give us the option!
