Myself and 6 friends went in on two seperate tables for a friend's birthday brunch, I ordered the Classic Caesar, I'm English and since living here in Canada I have become a huge fan! It was so disappointing very watery and tasteless, I asked for extra spicy and extra muddy, I grabbed the host and told her I didn't like it and that I didn't want a replacement or anything else and that I would be sticking to water instead. Everything was going great we were all satisfied with the food, service was slow but nothing to complain about. We had a great time and when we came to pay the drink was on my bill so I asked my server for it to be removed, BIG MISTAKE! The owner Don came over and told me in a loud enough voice for about four other tables to hear that I was inappropriate and to leave right now and I'm not welcome anymore. Me and my party were all gobsmacked! We thought he was joking,it was such a strange situation. I asked the server did you hear how he just spoke to me and he shrugged giving me the impression this is something that happens frequently.
Do not give this guy your money, he's rude and mean! I've worked in hospitality for 15 years and manage the bar at another Venue on the Hill, this is not how you treat anyone, especially not your customers.
Ruined my friend's Birthday Brunch!
