Living in Vancouver has made me quite the connoisseur of Chinese cuisine, and Chan Fortune definitely impressed me with its quality. The takeout meal for three was not only affordable but also surprisingly generous, easily serving four people. The ginger beef and sweet and sour pork were standout dishes that left me eager to return for more.

Un freakin beleivable, perfect seasoning, perfect consistency with the sauces, the pork was fried perfectly it was still juicy even, and I love me a nice, still hot sweet and sour pork. Will order again, found my new fave spot. Clearly the cooks are fantastic, so much talent.

Love all the fresh vegetables. Broccoli beef is my fave and the cashew chicken with veg. I swear the spring rolls are homemade and my kid's love the wonton soup.
