Made a spontaneous trip to NYC and ended up discovering Tommy's following my son's pizza research adventure in The Bronx. We enjoyed Tommy's pizza so much that we couldn't resist getting a second round before heading back home. The friendly staff and authentic, mouthwatering pies at Tommy's have left us eagerly anticipating our next visit to this beloved neighborhood spot.

Not happy bad customer service.
First off if one places an order over the phone they should inform everyone is only cash. Place an order to go totally got the opposite of what I order. No listening skills. I suggest checking your pizza b4 u leave. Would actually think twice b4 going to Tommy's.

I made an order for delivery. Because the delivery driver didn't want to come to the front of my building, he just drove off with my food. I had to call the shop back and ask about my food. All I got was a "yup, he didn't want to go to your building" and then just hung up the phone. Very rude!
