The bakery in NYC is a must-visit, despite its commercial aspect. I once experienced the most exquisite bread at a Michelin star restaurant, and it turned out to be from Il Forno. Their loaves are truly exceptional, with a perfect crust, pillowy center, and just a hint of tang. The family-owned bakery, though lacking a traditional storefront, offers a unique and exciting experience by allowing visitors straight into the factory.
