The people working at this bakery are incredibly rude and disrespectful.
I was set to get a delivery of my goods on 10am as per our written agreement. They call me at 7 am saying that the delivery person is waiting outside the venue. After I told the associate that we had scheduled for 10 am delivery and that I was far and would've be able to get there she hung up the phone on me . She then called me back a few minutes later and put all the blame on me and said she would refund me my money and not bring the goods all. It's completely mind boggling that a business would not acknowledge their mistakes but instead take it out on the customers. she messed up on the delivery time And apparently it wasn't worth it for her . She then hung up for the second time . I have no idea how these people are still in business when they have people working that have zero respect for people .

I think they make the best in different categories. Their cakes are outstanding and creative. Their breads are very good, esp the challa. I microwaved the chocolate babka for less than a minute and that was so decadent. Everything is fresh, good, and the staff is very friendly and eager to please. They hand deliver and what more can you ask? They're wonderful.

not only is Chiffon the best Kosher bakery in my opinion, but their bakery items taste even better than other bakeries you compare them to. The cookies are so good, soft , they melt going down, and I never had brownies like theirs. The challah bread disappeared in one day, didn't even last long enough to make challah french toast it was that good, should have gotten 2 challahs. The rugellach are not only filled with ingredients layer on layer, but they are fancy too.The apple pie is not too sweet,tastes so natural, you really taste the apples and the pie crust is so good, perfect pie. I'm proud to give their baked goods as gifts or to have their cake at my parties. Very upscale, and delicious.

I love Chiffon bakery. They just catered a big party for me (delivered a made to order cake, frozen to survive the heat wave we're in, and absolutely perfect after thawing)and everyone was so impressed. The birthday cake(white cake, chocolate layer, buttercreme icing with lovely roses) was not only delicious, but beautiful to look at and photograph.My guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the cake was and everyone insisted on a few pieces each, everyone licking their forks and looking to get more.And that chocolate layer! Wonderful. I also had a variety of platters of cookies prepared for me to give as gifts. The recipients kvelled, and said things like that the cookies "melted in my mouth", "were the best I've ever had" and "who made these?" By the way, not all of the guests or gift recipients were kosher, and yet said this bakery was better than any Italian, American, or Caribbean bakery they were used to. I just received a delivery to my home to have for the week and for company. The challah is the best I've ever had.The brownies are decadent. The rugalach are layers and layers of goodness. The chocolate babka is dangerously delectable(I'll go back on my diet after the babka is finished,it won't last till the company comes LOL)The kichel reminded me of my childhood. And, yes,the cookies melted in my mouth.Keep up the great work Chiffon!!!!!
