I'm saddened by the closure of the bakery that has been providing matzah for generations in my family. Their matzah has been a cherished tradition for us, dating back to before my birth in 1972. Despite some burnt pieces in the boxes, the taste and quality of Shatzer Matzo have always been exceptional, and I will continue ordering from them for Passover, following in the footsteps of my family's connection to the bakery.
