If you find yourself in New York on Christmas Eve with a family gathering on the horizon, make a beeline to Rico's and grab a couple dozen of their pork and chicken tamales for the fiesta. While a bit more on the greasy side compared to traditional homemade tamales, the flavors at Rico's are undeniably satisfying for a taste of the Southwest in the Big Apple. A big shoutout to Uncle Rico for introducing us to this delicious find in the city.
