Today we visited this restaurant for lunch...we finished the meal and decided to order 3 coffees to go.
We had a few sips of the coffee about 10 mins away on my way home...
And to our dismay, the coffee tasted burnt and it was awful . Turning back, I asked if they could exchange them for fresher coffee. Little did we expect the lady behind the counter being so defensive and decided to rub it in by being abusive..."we are not a coffee tasting place..If you don't like it don't order it next time". I come here often enough for lunch ...but I was truly shocked by this hostile encounter over the insignificance of having fresh coffees. After fews minutes of exchanging fighting words. The owner decided to speak with me nicely and gladly replaced the coffees.
But food is fantastic but service is unsatisfactory...sorry I am not coming back to be served by abusive staff.
