The food is very salty , the black pudding and the sauce is salty they have to remember that our black culture suffer with high blood pressure. You cannot enjoy a food that is salty , you taste the food when you putting the salt you putting to much salt in the food the black pudding sometimes is too spicy I have high blood pressure you all trying to kill me or give me stoked

First off Linda's puri and white pudding is off the hook.. but her staff one in particular is very rude, not courteous at all this is something Linda needs to look into..because without customers she dont have a business. I do hope she takes the time to read her reviews and fix the problems, notice the many complaints unless she linda dont care about her customers. I always love her puri , eggballs and white pudding, Please fix the so many complaints about your staff. THANK YOU

I have had 2 different experiences with the staff. I do not live in Brooklyn. I once went there on my way home from the airport. Food was good. When I got home the puris weren't in the bag. I called, was told next time they'll make it up. I didn't ask because the next time I visited time had elapsed and I felt a bit silly asking.

I had a great experience, one Saturday night my brother visiting NYC, we navigated and got there in time to get some goodies.... BLACK PUDDING, POLOURIE, LAST PIECE OF CAKE, 2 COCONUT TARTS, 1 SALARA... It was close to closing time.

The ladies were tired but pleasant. I work with the public and I am able to experience both side of the 'stick.' I say no one should lose their jobs nor there shouldn't be loss of customers. As a customer, try to remember to say a kind word to service people... they too need consideration!!

Just enjoyed 2 pieces of BLACK. POOODOON. I AM PACING MYSELF. FRIEND BROUGHT 3 SERVINGS AND 2 PACKS OF POLOURIE DURING THE WEEK FOR ME.

Food is great, but the service is horrible. One walks into the restaurant and can stand around wondering what to do next. Unlike other restaurants one must stand on a line to pay before obtaining their food. No signs stating as such is in the restaurant. The owner and employees lack any form of professionalism, manners or human decency. After my last experience, I try not to visit Linda's. The aggravation is not worth it.

Very good Dall Puri and black pudding,cakes and pastries,service is terrible as the staff is always sulking or rude,hope the owner sees these reviews and have them retrained in Customer Service.

I would suggest that you take into account all the comments made about staff, and have them trained professionally. In this economic situation, I would hate to see you loose customers because of your staff.

Secondly, I would recommend that you put a menu of your dishes on your website. This would make it easier for someone like me to see what you are selling and when it is available.

Hope you take note.

Amazing for the food and roti, (puri) is out off this world the best i ever had.
But the staff needs to learn customer service skills they can be very very very rude
I know Linda worked hard for this that's why she should see to it that the staff are more polite to the customers

Black pudding was delicious; far better than anything you can get at Sybil's. However, much is to be desired with the courtesy and professionalism of service received.

Excellent cuisine. Truly great Dhol Puri,Roti , pastries and other baked goods. Food does wonders to your palate.

Needs much improvement in the customer service area (in store).
