There are three Emilia's in Brownsville, each with its own strengths. The one on Elizabeth St. is great for breakfast but not as good for lunch, while the one on South Padre highway serves excellent lunch plates. The larger Emilia's down the road is hit or miss for breakfast and lunch, but their barbacoa can be greasy with a lot of fat.
