I have lived on the Island my whole life and have explored all the eateries that have come and gone over the years, and I can confidently say that this place has the best fried shrimp. With a great view of Padre Blvd and a serene atmosphere, La Jaiba is a must-visit for delicious food. Don't miss out on their stuffed jalapeños and be sure to try the broiled flounder and shrimp - they are simply amazing!
