Jeanie and her team at Panchito's embody the heart of Harlingen, overcoming challenges with resilience and dedication. Each visit feels like a warm hug from grandma, with fresh, flavorful dishes that truly satisfy the soul. I had an incredible carne guisada taco today-it's worth every penny, and the friendly service makes the experience even better.

The only reason I am giving Panchitos a review of 5 stars is because you don't have a 6 star rating. The food could'nt be better. Jeannie and Frank couldn't be nicer. Their staff are wonderful.
