The only drawback to my experience was the lack of compostable or recyclable takeout containers, which was a surprise since the establishment is currently offering takeout only. The owner, who served us, kindly addressed our concerns about the food being too hot by offering us samples without us having to request them. This thoughtful gesture influenced our ordering choices for the better, resulting in a satisfying meal, especially the crayfish etouffee, which was flavorful and generously portioned.
