My family and I were super excited to try out this food, menu looked amazing. We ordered online ($11 delivery charge lol) for delivery because we live 35 minutes away, and when we received the order it was missing the beer cheese. After calling to get it resolved, the manager said there was nothing to be done other than give me credit for a future order. I live 35 minutes away, you think I'm coming in? Really disappointed they weren't willing to take more ownership of their error.

Good food, but lousy customer care. Enough good restaurants in the area that you don't need to support restaurants that don't care, especially in the middle of a pandemic when you are trying to help local business!
