I dined at this restaurant on Monday night with a group of friends. We indulged in a variety of delicious dishes, including bang bang shrimp, clams casino, and a mouthwatering 32oz prime rib. The attentive service and cozy atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings!

I had the double lobster tail and they were generous and cooked to perfection. The waitress was very attentive and the three of us had our food and were finished in little more than an hour. I plan to pick up a couple of fish fries today (was a bit disappointed I couldn't get cold slaw on a non-Friday) which they will bring out to my car. 5 stars.

Reading the past reviews, I don't know where you people were eating but when I recently went to the Boston Hotel to eat dinner. I was very pleased with the service, food and even the atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive , food was great including the prices. The salad was very large, fresh and appetizing. I ordered the strip steak dinner w/baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection , potato was very large and the vegetables were tasty and blanched to perfection. The food was hot and perfect in my opinion. There was a band playing in the bar area and I found the music very entertaining while enjoying my dinner. I would go back again and again. If every you want a small , quaint and relaxing place to eat. Go on over to the Boston Hotel for a great meal . I also had no problems with my coupon from Groupon. Not a problem and not a complaint from me . !!!!!

Went to dinner tonight at Boston hotel in Boston ny...got the scallop dinner. .was very pleased with the dinner..got a lot of scallops...big pile fries..green beans and a dinner roll for $18...and had a Groupon....lots of steaks and seafood on the menu...would recommend

My husband and I ordered the steak and lobster tail Friday night special for $24.99 each, We were unable to use our Groupon coupon because it can't be used on specials (?) according to the owner.We found that out when we tried to use it with our payment. The meal itself was less than appetizing. There was no salad, bread was one piece of packaged roll, baked potato was old and vegetables were cool and rubbery, obviously were packaged frozen type. The lobster tail was very small and mushy. The strip steak was fairly good. The waitress was busy but very attentive. The owner was not receptive to our complaints and said there was nothing she could do about the Groupon coupon and actually chided us for not telling the waitress earlier that we would be using the coupon and were disappointed in the meal...lesson learned on our part. We will not be going back there.

Used the ladies room and it was dirty. That should have been my first clue. I ordered seafood Alfredo and after a long wait it came out cold, the scallops were raw and the shrimp still had shells on them in a sauce!!! My friend ordered prime rib med well and it came out rare. The waitress never came back to check and when we complained she said well I can't do anything about it because you ate some. She never refilled water and never said there were no free refills on pop. Very outdated, food was bad and service quite poor. Don't waste your gas driving there

We went to the Boston Hotel in Boston N.Y. after not having been the for several years. It's where the old Amore restaurant was which used to be a decent place. Now the front is a crummy looking bar. In the back is a dark and terrible looking dining room. I could only speculate it was so dark for a reason...not a good one. It's web site says credit cards accepted, but you get there and a large sign and the bartender tell a different story. We turned and gladly left the dump. I should have realized something when all the reviews I read were OLD reviews.
