The takeout pizza from Brunner's Eatery was surprisingly good, with a cheesy topping and a crispy crust that wasn't too greasy or spicy. The prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly, making it a pleasant experience overall. I've visited the restaurant multiple times for both takeout and dine-in, and each time the order has been consistent and accurate, with the staff always being patient and kind.

I ordered food which is not important what it was but received someone's order other than mine. My hubby started to eat it and realized this is not our order. I called complained and begged for a credit cause I wasn't about to travel that far to return this food. Since I stopped going hear for awhile when I did order again they told me my credit expired. I said no one told me that. Needless to say they gave me such a hard time giving me credit due. They said they just couldn't make a free pizza. Bologna@#&#@
Guess Brunners are getting too big for their britches! Glad there is Bella's right around the corner. Plus their food is so much more yummy.

Been ordering from Brunners since you started across the street at least 30yrs. Today was the worst I don't give a---moment an ordered a pie well done becuase that's the only way the person that was ordered for could eat after no solids for long time. I ordered well done on cell and repeated when I went early to pay for it and make sure it's well done. When I opened at home could not serve it a bowl of f---soup and uncooked so the person whom this was ordered for well done got a another disappoint and for countless years loyal to Brunners

We have patronized Brunner's Eatery for more than 25 years. Last week we ordered our usual large cheese & pepperoni, with an order of BBQ wings. The wings tasted like they took an old medium or hot order of wings and poured BBQ sauce on them and sold them to us. My wife and I couldn't eat them, so I called to let them know. I was told that they would make us another order or put an order on credit for our next visit. I thanked them and asked to have the credit. This evening we order our usual and when I arrived they told me the owner approved a $10 credit towards the unsatisfactory wings they sold us. We paid $30.39 plus tax for the wings we had to throw out, and now one week later they would not stand behind their word and/or food. Plain and simple, they lied to us. I was taken back when the on shift manager had to ask the owner who happened to be eating with other's to see if he could get his permission to stand behind his word and food. I told the manager, I am taken back that we were lied too and I will NEVER patronize Brunner's Eatery EVER again!

My kids love to eat there whenever they get the chance. They sit at the bar and eat there pizza and wings.
