I love the food at Carbone's in Alden, it's always consistently delicious. The steak pizza is my absolute favorite, it's seriously amazing.

Food is 3.5-4 out of 5, but the service is horrible. They were an hour late this time and 45 mins late the time before. Half the order is hot the other half was warm/cold. . When I brought it to their attention that theyve been late the past few times they acted like they didnt need my buisness, so now they arent getting it. . If you expect warm and ontime food try a different place.

I ordered a sheet pizza and wings for a small gathering. I was told to pick up the food in 40 minutes. I arrived at that time and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food to be ready. I mentioned to the person that seemed to be in charge that I wouldn't mind waiting if I was told that on the phone at the time of ordering. The person didn't even acknowledge that I was speaking to him, even though he was looking at me. It seems that this business needs a true manager there not a bunch of kids. It's a shame because the food there is great.

I Have gotten 3 burnt pizzas in the last 2 months. I am sure they check the pizza why do they put it in the Box. Also the wings are raw even after I ask for them to be crispy. It was a very good pizzeria . It is no longer. Not paying attention

THIS WAS THE WORST SUB I EVER HAD. I ORDERED A ROYAL. THE CAPICOLA HAM WAS ABSOLUTELY LOADED WITH FAT....LOADED. DIFFICULT TO FIND THE MEAT. THE WINGS WE ORDERED WERE TINY. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN ALDEN TO EAT.
