We stopped in there for Monday night football.. Ordered a half pizza. I have never been there before so I didnt know how the pizza was but upon seeing 2 other pizzas come out, our pizza was overdone, luke warm as it was.. crispy.. my tongue is hurting right now. I should have complained right then and there and I almost did but didn't want to create a scene and my daughter was embarrassed. I know I will definitely not be back because shame on the kitchen for serving up crap.. It shouldnt be my place to complain.. they should serve it up right from the start and they failed. Just terrrible!!! Serving up THAT, I will NEVER understand why they are highly talked about in Buffalo which made me go there.. Seeing the other peoples pizza though.. it looked terrific.. Whats more disturbing too.. I am on a low carb diet and I figured I would cheat today and eat pizza and this is the crap I got.. thanks for the waste of carbs and money!!!!!!!! Such a waste!!!!!!!!!

Have not had bad experience I even received wrong order and they bent over to straighten it out. Nice friendly staff. Only complaint is price. They are letting their ego get the better of them. They are at least 25% higher on every deal. Still great product. Throw your patrons a bone once in a while

I have been a customer of Imperial pizza for years, however I will NEVER order from them again!!! I called to place an order and was put on hold. I was able to hear the workers in the background, and it sounded to me like they were either arguing with each other, or a customer. After more than 5 minutes I hung up and called back. It was 10:45 on a Monday night, so I asked if they were still delivering. I was told yes, so I ordered a mini sausage and cappicola sub. The girl said, "so you want a mini Imperial" and I said, "is a sausage and cappicola sub an Imperial" and she said yes. I said okay, can you have them fry the cappicola. She told me it already comes fried. I thought that was odd, every other place I order from fries the cappicola when they make the sub. I also ordered a mini ham sub. Our order was delivered at 11:20 and when we unwrapped our subs they were both wrong. My husband received a steak, cheese, and mushroom (which is an Imperial) sub and he doesn't even like mushrooms. Remember I even questioned her to confirm it was sausage and cappicola. My sub had no tomatoes on it, just ham and lettuce! They close at 11:30, so I called the next day and explained to the manager what happened. It was like he didn't believe me because he said he was there and the girl who took the order has worked there for years. Why would I lie??? I wasn't expecting a freebie, but I should have been reimbursed for their mistake. He did say if I still had the subs I could bring them in and have them remake them. I didn't save them because my husband was so pissed he threw his out and I did eat mine AFTER I sliced my OWN tomatoes and put them on!!! It cost me $17.00 and a $3.00 tip for the delivery, and this is the response I get from a manager! They do have great pizza, but this is Buffalo and there are plenty of other places I will give my business too!!! I will be sure to let anybody I talk to about pizza places to know of my experience and refer them to other places, such as Bella.. Abbott.. Pasquales.. and the list goes on!!!
