I ordered a steak sub with onion rings and lemonade, and everything was perfect, even though the delivery driver forgot my drink at first. He returned quickly and was incredibly polite, which made the experience even better. The food is consistently excellent, and the friendly staff always ensure my order is ready on time, making it my favorite choice for dining out.

I ordered a single order of chicken fingers honey mustard and upon delivery I received a single order of chicken wings bbq my only issue with them is sometimes you never receive what you order other than that their food is pretty decent

Never had a problem before but the last three times I've ordered they said about an hour and it takes over two hours and the people who answer the phone dont even know why my food isn't here or when it's going to be here this is b-llsh-t never ever again will I order food from there again

I can't even begin to explain how horrible my experience was. I called Metro at around 10 Am for a delivery of a personal pizza to the Mcguire Group building. I said "Go to the front desk, and I'll come up to you at 12:00pm."
I was in a training class so I couldn't leave until exactly 12.
So at 12 I went upstairs and no one was there. So I called. They didn't know where the delivery guy was. Apparently he didnt even have a cell phone to get a hold of him! Why wouldn't a delivery guy not have a cell phone?!?
So in the end I didnt get my food and after 20 minutes of arguing with the guy on the phone I finally decided to give up and go back to class. Then after class I promptly drove home and ordered from another pizzeria.
So rude.
