I traveled from Plattsburgh this morning and enjoyed a delicious western sandwich paired with an exceptional coffee. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere in a clean and organized environment, making it a pleasure to visit. After three years in Vermont, I finally found a bagel that reminds me of New York, and I can't wait to return for more of their fantastic breakfast offerings.

Bad service, I ordered a steak and egg sandwich and when I got home to eat had no steak! That's after I ordered a chicken buffalo sandwich and they had no chicken! 🤨I won't be going back!!

What little they tend to have is actually pretty good. But I can't remember placing an order that didn't include something they were out of. Today I was placing an order for three of us from my office. I actually had to call back three times because they were out of three sandwiches advertised on the menu. They also had no plain bagels and no bread.
