Initially, I felt skeptical about the restaurant due to its modest appearance and the lack of a bustling atmosphere. However, the Phở Tí¡i Bí² Viíªn and Bíºn bí² Huế I tried turned out to be extraordinary, showcasing rich flavors and high-quality ingredients that exceeded my expectations.

Have been eating here for years, ever since they opened. I learned some Vietnamese in the service so I hit it off with the owner right away and he told me about the restaurant's food preparation. Many of the vegetables are home grown and the soup broth is prepared the traditional way, slowly, all home made ingredients, and cooked the day before to reach optimum flavor. The recipes are all done traditionally to regional tastes. The dumplings are exceptionally good, the Emperor Rolls the best in town. The pandemic cut into the business so he had to resort to take out only. The soups are all good, the chicken is always tender and tasty. Rice noodles have to be prepared individually to keep them fresh; they are packed separately for takeout because the noodles get soft if left in the broth too long.
I would highly recommend this restaurant. The location is perfect for Williston residents.

Have been going here since they opened. Food is always good and fresh, uses a lot of in season herbs and peppers from their garden. Prices are reasonable especially for what you get. A family run place so don't expect to be lavished over in terms of customer service but they're nice, hard working folks. They've struggled during the pandemic and would urge the Williston community and visitors to give them some business.

I asked a simple question about the food and the man started acting like a hostile pig. Why he would behave so poorly to a customer is beyond my comprehension. That he is still in business is even more confusing because the foods not that good anyway. Rude and arrogant.

Some of the beSt food I've ever had...so light and delicious!!! And the Housin Sriracha sauce was out of this world!!! Excellent excellent excellent!!!!
