Sakura was the only sushi restaurant in Burlington when I moved here 12 years ago, and the food was decent, but not great. Then Koto and Asiana House opened up. Koto was not good at all, but Asiana was really pretty interesting and of pretty good quality, so I started going there exclusively for several years. I recently went back to Sakura because the service at Asiana is dreadful, and was blown away by the food. The menu was markedly improved, and the quality of the fish is outstanding.

My husband and I moved to Florida 6 years ago and have not yet found a sushi restaurant that is as friendly and to serve better sushi. Every time we come to Vt. at least three to four times a year we go and have a great meal as always.

Friendly atmosphere and I've always loved the sushi. The spicy scallops mentioned in another review are truly wonderful. Great Dragon roll too. We have never been disappointed in the quality of the sushi and the service has been fine in our experiences; we usually sit at the sushi bar.

LOVE this place! Had our wedding dinner here and everytime we can when we are back home on VT we eat here!!! Best Sushi & YOU MUST have their spicy scallop rolls - to die for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sushi was excellent.
Service was very slow.
The hibatchi food was a bit dry.
The atmosphere was very loud.
The hibatchi prices a bit high, sushi prices fair.
